Synergy CTS earns “Best Smart Home” and “Best Media Room/Home Theater”
Naples, FL– Naples based luxury audio video organization, Synergy CTS receives multiple awards for key projects. Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) hosted the annual Sand Dollar Gala at the Ritz Carlton, Naples, on September 22, 2018. Synergy CTS earned four awards:
Best Smart Home- $8,000,000- $9,000,000: Private Residence, Tallis Park
Best Smart Home- $7,000,000 – $8,000,000: Private Residence, Grey Oaks
Best Media Room/Home Theater– Commercial Project: The Man Cave
Best Commercial Remodel $1,000,000-$3,000,000– Associate Award: The Man Cave

The winning smart home entries both utilized custom user interfaces with either Crestron or Savant control system and Lutron lighting. Additional smart home features include: enterprise grade network system, audio/video distribution system, and an intuitive camera and security system
The winning media room entry is the lounge portion of a commercial remodel. This media room includes a 3 x 3 4K Planar video wall, two 55” 4K Seura TV with entertainment glass so they are hidden when not turned on. Additional features include: 7.2 surround sound system with James Loudspeakers, Lutron lighting, enterprise grade network system, 5 partition security system, 22 interior and exterior cameras, and a Savant Control system using a custom user interface.
